BREAKFAST: Vanilla Pancakes
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 cup vanilla bean Coyo (*)
- 1 1/2 cups almond mylk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
Served with strawberry Coyo (*), fresh strawberries and maple syrup
LUNCH: Acai Bowl
- 1 x acai packet
- 2 x frozen bananas
- handful of frozen strawberries
- splash of almond mylk
Toppings:
- GF muesli by The Bircher Bar (*)
- shredded coconut
- fresh strawberries
- Vanilla Bean Coyo (*)
- crunchy peanut butter
- cacao nibs
DINNER: Fresssshhhh Nachos
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 1/2 can black beans
- pink salt
- paprika
- garlic powder
- blue corn chips (as desired)
- brie cheese by Damona
- fresh coriander
- 1 whole avocado
- 1/2 lime
- sesame seeds
